Who I thought I was: An accomplished entrepreneur who managed to raise a child on my own while obtaining my Bachelor and Master degrees. I created a career for myself in accounting and later owned a recruiting firm. I was “successful” in the corporate world and had the “dream life”. I also was focused on my self-image, making sure that I met the societal standard of a “perfect” and “beautiful” woman.
